Child Safety Standards
Last Updated: January 26, 2026
Our Commitment
RukuMix is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We take this responsibility seriously and have implemented policies and features to keep our platform safe.
Age Requirements
- Not for young children: RukuMix is not designed for children under 13, and they should not use the app.
- Teens and parents: If you are 13–17, you should use RukuMix only with a parent or guardian's permission and guidance.
- Say Hello: The "Say Hello" feature is not technically age-locked, so parents and guardians should closely supervise how teens use it.
- No ID checks: We do not perform government-ID or automated age-verification today. Instead, we focus on clear rules, content monitoring, and fast moderation.
